Penny Lee Trucking Inc. brings collectively 70 years of Heavy Highway Construction experience. In 1988 Penny Gutschmidt and Glenn Rengen started Penny Lee Trucking Inc. and since has grown to a fleet of Heavy Hauling Trucks with versatility to perform many aspects involved with the industry.
Penny started her career in the residential building industry, helping her father on the jobs and in the office. In 1983 she was accepted in the Operating Engineers Apprenticeship Training Program and began a career of operating heavy equipment for David A. Mowat Co. After completing the program she started the company Penny Lee Trucking Inc.
Penny Lee Trucking Inc. is WSDOT Certified DBE on federally assisted projects. Our involvement with numerous Federal and State projects has enabled us to become familiar with procedures and requirements.
With the experience and knowledge, our goal is to offer quality service, with good equipment and a solid base to work from. Since all of our experience came from a company of that nature, we feel it is important to follow those guidelines, and we feel we have.
